The verdict is free. The history is free. The fix instructions for all five conditions are free and public. We only quote paid work after telling you whether the free pages would have solved it, and if they would have, we say so and there is nothing to pay. This page exists so that a quoted amount can be paid by card, from outside Japan, without waiting on a bank.

The order this happens in

Read this before the button. If you have arrived here without step 3, you are early, and paying now would put money in front of work nobody has agreed to yet.

  1. You send the endpoint. No account, no charge. contact@the-horizons-innovation.com
  2. We look, at no charge. If the free pages solve it, we tell you that and stop. This is the step that most often ends it.
  3. We quote. Hours times a printed rate, with the number of endpoints named. Nothing is charged until you agree to that quote.
  4. You pay here. Outside Japan, the quoted amount is paid before the work starts. In Japan it is invoiced after delivery, by bank transfer.
  5. We deliver, then re-measure. The re-measurement is included. If our instructions do not work, we do the whole thing again once at no charge.

Cause report, outside Japan

One endpoint is 2.0 hours. Each further endpoint on the same host is 1.0 hour. These figures are set in their own currency and are not converted at a daily rate, so the price does not move when the currency does. Japanese consumption tax is out of scope for a service supplied to a customer outside Japan.

Payment received. Keep this number. It is the PayPal transaction, and quoting it identifies your case. We reply to the address on the payment. If you have not heard from us within one business day, write to contact@the-horizons-innovation.com with this number.

The pre-connection audit does not have a figure set in US dollars yet. Rather than convert one at today's rate and print it as if it were a decided price, it is left out. If you are outside Japan and want that audit, write and we will set the figure with you before any work starts.
